Who we are ?
FY is first and formost a joining , one of two entrepreneurs and friends: Franck Ferreyrolles and Yves Chaki. The first letters of their names gives the sound PHI, which is the symbol of golden ratio. In other words: representing the highest standard
FY’s philosophy is to put their clients interest at the forefront of all transactions; the priority being to understand and cater for their clients’vision of perfection by showing them apartments/houses that meet their specific requirements.
FY’s desire is not to clear their books but to be able to source the ideal property for our clients but using their extensive network across the Principality and the world.

Born in Monaco, Franck is a real proven entrepreneur
He studied electrical & control engineering… at the IUT in Nice. Keen to discover, he continued his studies in Germany before finishing his degree at Queen’s university in Kingston, Cananda
After 10 years at the head of the family hotel, he created NEO, a company specialised in new technologies
Today is a start of a new adventure where he will use his skills from the service industry and his mathematical pragmatism
Following his education in Switzerland and a start to his career in Hospitality, Yves had the urge to start his own business
In 2008 he created a company specialised in public relations and advertisement, which he still runs today
On a personal level, Yves also has gained solid experience in real estate in acquisition, disposal, day to day management and asset management.
The creation of FY is a logical continuity in his career
